Today Royal Caribbean unveiled their 2019-2020 deployment, which has some people very excited.
RCCL announced that two Voyager class ships will sail 3 and 4 night itineraries from Florida to the Bahamas. Mariner of the Seas is set to sail from Port Canaveral, and Navigator of the Seas will sail out of their newly renovated terminal in Miami. These bookings will open the week of November 20, 2017.
The cruise line also announced Tuesday that the Ovation of the seas will join Radiance of the Seas in Alaska debuting for the 2019 Alaska summer season. She will homeport out off Seattle, Washington, and sail 7 night itineraries to ports of call including Juneau, Alaska, and Victoria, British Columbia. Radiance will also sail 7 night itineraries from Seward, Alaska, to Vancouver, British Columbia. These bookings will become available the week of December 11, 2017.
Now for the Oasis class ships. Royal Caribbean announced that all four Oasis class ships- Oasis of the Seas, Allure of the Seas, Harmony of the Seas, and Symphony of the Seas- will sail from Florida. Oasis of the Seas will undergo a bow-to-stern revitalization before moving to her new homeport in Miami for the fall and winter cruising seasons. She will also be joined in Miami by Symphony of the Seas, Royal Caribbean’s newest ship. After having spent that previous year in Miami, the Allure of the Seas will return to Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale. Harmony of the Seas will leave Port Everglades, and debut in Port Canaveral. All four Oasis class ships will sail 7 night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries. These bookings will open the week of November 13, 2017.
Also from the south, Liberty of the Seas will sail 7 night Western Caribbean cruises from Galveston, Texas, along side Enchantment of the Seas sailing 4 and 5 night Mexico cruises, year round. The Freedom of the Seas will sail 7 night Southern Caribbean cruises from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Bookings for Enchantment of the Seas will open the week of November 20, 2017, the others opening the week of November 13.
Up north, Anthem of the Seas will stay where she is sailing from Cape Liberty Cruise Port in Bayonne, New Jersey. She will offer 5 to 9 night summer itineraries to Bermuda, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean. During the fall, Anthem will sail 9 night itineraries to Canada and New England. Anthem will be joined in New Jersey by the Adventure of the Seas. Adventure will offer 6 to 8 night itineraries to the Bahamas and the Caribbean. She will also sail select 6 night itineraries to Canada and New England during the summer, with longer 10 and 11 night fall foliage cruises in September. Bookings for theses sailings will open the week of December 4, 2017.
In Europe and the Mediterranean, the Oasis of the Seas will spend her summer sailing from Barcelona, Spain, for the first time since 2014. She will offer 7 night itineraries with ports of call including Palma de Mallorca, Spain; Marseille, France; Florence, Rome; and Naples, Italy. She will become the largest ship to sail the Mediterranean. These bookings will open the week of December 11, 2017.
