The man was reportedly suffering from internal bleeding. The U.S.C.G. arilifted the man to Olympic Memorial Hospital in Port Angeles.

The Coast Guard’s Puget Sound station received a call at 3:15 a.m. from the cruise ship, which was headed to Victoria, Canada, requesting help for the man.

The Coast Guard arrived at the ship 30 minutes after the call was received, and left the ship at 4:00 AM.
